A one-star review on a clinic's profile is read for years, and it always arrives the same way: suddenly, already published and without anyone having been able to talk to that person first.
When the patient's score is three or less, ClaudIA sends no Google link. It apologises, asks what happened and takes down the reason in their own words. That's kept as a private issue in your dashboard, with its status and its internal note.
And it doesn't wait for you to open that screen: it pops up in the dashboard alerts and, if you've set an alerts phone, also reaches you on WhatsApp. With the reason in front of you and on the same day, most of these things are sorted with a phone call.
It isn't hiding anything: it's letting whoever wasn't happy tell the person who can fix it, instead of writing it where nobody will answer them.
How it works
- With a score of 3 or less, ClaudIA sends no review link.
- It first asks what happened, and only then records the rating with the reason.
- The issue stays open in Dashboard → Reviews until you mark it resolved.
- The alert reaches you at once: in the dashboard and, if you've set it up, on WhatsApp.
