Write to many patients without writing one by one

Some things need telling to your whole patient list and to nobody in particular: the clinic is moving, the summer hours change, another physiotherapist is joining. Doing it by hand on WhatsApp takes a whole afternoon, and a hundred identical messages in a minute is the fastest way to get your number blocked.

You write the message once, choose who it goes to —the whole list, or those who've had a particular treatment— and ClaudIA sends them one by one, with a pause between each. On the same screen you see the queue: what's gone, what's left and what couldn't be delivered.

Nothing is sent on its own. The campaign is prepared and launched from the dashboard when you decide; ClaudIA takes care of the sending, not the decision.

Whoever asked not to receive promotions gets nothing, and neither does anyone marked «do not contact». That choice overrides any campaign. And you write the text: ClaudIA doesn't recommend treatment or tell anyone they ought to come back.

If you like, the campaign carries an image —the summer hours notice, a photo of the new physiotherapist— that arrives in the same WhatsApp with the text underneath. And afterwards you see what it brought in: in each campaign's detail, the sessions booked by those who received it in the following 14 days, not counting cancellations, and their value.

How it works

  1. The campaign is created in Dashboard → Marketing: name, who it goes to and message.
  2. Each patient's name is filled into the text automatically, with no lists or copy and paste.
  3. It's launched from the dashboard: until you run it, not a single message goes out.
  4. Sends are spaced out —between thirty and ninety seconds— and respect courtesy hours.
  5. In the campaign's detail you then see the sessions it brought in over the following 14 days.
Moving premises
The clinic is moving two streets away and everyone needs to know. The message is written once, the whole list is chosen and it's launched. The messages go out spaced across the morning and whoever had a session that week arrives at the new address.
