Every patient, with their history to hand

What you need to know before a patient walks in fits on one screen: when they last came, which pack they have open, which physiotherapist they usually see and what's worth bearing in mind with them.

Each patient has a record that fills itself in: past sessions, the next one, what they've spent, their active packs and the conversations from every channel. On top of that, the team notes its own: private notes, access precautions —comes with a companion, needs an accessible table, can't manage stairs— and things to remember.

Clinical records are NOT kept here, and that's not an oversight: ClaudIA doesn't ask for them, record them or use them. They live in your clinic's healthcare software, which is where they belong. What's noted on the record is operational and helps you look after people well, not assess anyone.

Internal notes are internal: ClaudIA never mentions them when talking to the patient. What it does apply from the record is how that person likes to be addressed and which language to write to them in.

How it works

  1. The record fills itself in with every session: history, next appointment, packs and what they've spent.
  2. The team adds private notes, access precautions and things to remember.
  3. The patient list is organised with your own tags, and that's where you mark who doesn't want promotions.
  4. Nothing internal comes up in a conversation: it's for your team only.
Before they walk through the door
The physiotherapist opens the record between patients: last session eight days ago, a ten-session pack with four used, comes with a companion and prefers afternoons. Thirty seconds of reading that show throughout the whole session.
