A clinic with three physiotherapists has three calendars, three lists of what each one does and three different ways of needing the dashboard. And a single account with everything in it is a risk: the password ends up in the team's WhatsApp group.
In Team each person is added with their hours and the treatments they do, and ClaudIA only books them for their own. Their absences —holidays, sick leave, a day off— are noted and the calendar shows them: nobody books with someone who isn't there.
In Access each person logs in with their own username and the profile you decide. An employee sees what they need to work —the calendar, the conversations and the till—, without the clinic's money or refunds; a manager runs the whole clinic except what belongs only to the owner: tax details, the contract, payments and granting access. And if the clinic belongs to two partners, both are owners: that's the co-owner profile.
How it works
- Each physiotherapist is added with their hours and their treatments.
- Their absences are noted once and the calendar stops offering their hours.
- If you like, ClaudIA alerts that person's phone when a session comes in for them.
- In Access you create users with their profile: co-owner, manager, employee or read-only.
