Opening the dashboard isn't always possible: you're in the treatment room, hands busy and phone in your pocket. WhatsApp, on the other hand, opens anywhere in twenty seconds.
In the same chat where ClaudIA sends you alerts, you write what you want in your own words: move a session, block Thursday afternoon, book a new time or write to a patient. And ClaudIA doesn't carry out what it thinks it understood: it sends back a PROPOSAL with the details already worked out —full name, day, old time and new time— and only acts if you reply yes.
That «yes» has three locks: without a live proposal it counts for nothing, there's only one live proposal at a time and it expires after ten minutes. And «yes, but at six» doesn't count as a yes: it's a new order, and it's treated as one.
What gets carried out goes through the same checks as the dashboard —opening hours, closures, absences, rooms and overlaps— and is logged. If a session is moved, the patient is told about the change as if you'd moved it by hand. This module is switched on per business and depends on the plan.
How it works
- The team numbers that can give orders are registered: nobody else gives them.
- You write the order in the alerts chat, in your own language and with no set phrases.
- ClaudIA replies with what it understood, already resolved into names and times, and waits.
- With your «yes», it's carried out the same way as in the dashboard and logged.
