Your team clocks in from the system itself

Recording working hours is mandatory in Spain and almost always ends up in a notebook or a sheet someone fills in from memory at the end of the month, which is exactly what the rule is trying to avoid.

With built-in time tracking, each team member clocks in and out from the system itself. It's recorded with its time, and reports can be pulled whenever they're needed.

This applies to clinics in Spain, which is where the obligation exists.

How it works

  1. Each person clocks in and out from the system.
  2. The record keeps the real time, not the one someone remembers later.
  3. Reports for the period are pulled whenever they're needed.
  4. It's only switched on at clinics where it applies.
At the end of the month
The accountant asks for the month's record. It has been kept day by day since people clocked in, so it's downloaded and sent. Nobody has to reconstruct anything.
