Every clinic works its own way: first assessment, 45- or 60-minute session, manual therapy, pelvic floor, group classes. ClaudIA doesn't make anything up: it informs and books with the catalogue you give it.
Each treatment has its price, its duration, which physiotherapists do it and in which room or with which equipment. With that, ClaudIA works out how long each session takes and only offers the times when everything fits.
You can add details per treatment —what to bring, how to prepare— that ClaudIA uses only when the patient asks, to answer precisely without reciting more than needed.
How it works
- Treatments are added with price and duration from the dashboard, or you hand over your price list and it loads itself.
- You say which physiotherapists do each treatment and whether it needs a particular room or piece of equipment.
- Prices can be ranges or «from», and ClaudIA states them as they are, without settling on a lower price.
- Any change to the catalogue applies from that moment to chat, phone and online booking.
A question about the price
Someone asks how much a pelvic floor session costs and whether a female physiotherapist does it. ClaudIA gives the clinic's price, says which physiotherapists do it and offers their free times that week. If the treatment weren't in the catalogue, it would take a note and alert the team, instead of saying it isn't offered.
