A patient who can't easily move their session ends up not coming and not saying. And every call to change a time interrupts a session in progress.
With ClaudIA the patient writes that they want to change or cancel, and ClaudIA finds their session, offers the free times with their physiotherapist and makes the change. When changing, it never cancels the old session without the new one confirmed.
If someone cancels, that time is free instantly, and if there are patients on the waiting list, it's offered to the first person it suits.

A change of shift at work
A patient's work shift changes and he writes that he can't make Wednesday. ClaudIA offers Thursday at 19:00 with his usual physiotherapist, he accepts and the session is moved. The Wednesday time is offered there and then to a patient on the waiting list.
