It recognises every patient and their usual physiotherapist

Over a course of treatment lasting several weeks, the patient wants to stay with the same person and not be asked the same things every time. That's what makes them finish their treatment at your clinic.

ClaudIA recognises each patient by their phone number, greets them by name, offers their usual physiotherapist's times first and knows how many sessions they have left on their pack.

On the record you choose how to address them —formally or informally, in which language— and note things to remember. The team's internal notes stay inside: ClaudIA never mentions them.

How it works

  1. Each patient has a record with their sessions, packs and preferences.
  2. ClaudIA offers their usual physiotherapist first.
  3. Manner of address and language are set on the record.
  4. What the team notes as internal never comes up in the conversation.
Session five of ten
A patient writes asking for her next session. ClaudIA greets her by name, reminds her she has five sessions left on her pack and offers two times with Laura, her physiotherapist. She doesn't need to explain anything else.
