At reception there's no time and no mouse: there's a patient waiting to pay while the next one comes in. Counter mode is the same ClaudIA till drawn for a tablet, full screen and with big buttons.
It's the same till, not another one: the same receipt, the same numbering, the same reports and the same end-of-day close. It works from the browser on any Android tablet or iPad, on a touchscreen and on Android terminals with a built-in printer.
What stays in the usual till —charging a session from the calendar, selling a pack, refunding a payment and closing the day— works as before, and what's charged at the counter appears in the same reports.
How it works
- Counter mode is opened from Till, or from its icon on the tablet's home screen.
- You tap the treatments or products on their buttons and they go on the receipt with their price.
- You choose the payment method; for cash, the screen works out the change.
- The receipt comes out printed, by WhatsApp or by email, according to the clinic's default.
13:00, with a full waiting room
A patient comes out of their session and wants to take an ankle support. On the counter tablet you tap the session and the product, take payment by card and the receipt reaches them by WhatsApp. Thirty seconds, and the next one is already coming in.
