A message from the clinic on their birthday is a small gesture the patient remembers, and it says that at that clinic they know who you are.
With the date saved on the record, ClaudIA sends the greeting that day on WhatsApp, with the text you choose. If you want to add a little extra, it goes in the same message.
It only goes to whoever accepts communications from the clinic: anyone who has asked not to receive them gets nothing.
How it works
- The birthday is saved on the patient's record.
- The greeting is switched on from Marketing and the text written.
- On the day, ClaudIA sends it on the patient's channel.
- Whoever doesn't want messages from the clinic is left out.
A message at 10 in the morning
A patient who finished his treatment a few months ago gets the clinic's greeting on his birthday. He replies to say thanks and takes the chance to ask if there's a time next week for a check-up. ClaudIA books it in the same conversation.
