Reviews are the first thing people look at when searching for a physiotherapy clinic near home. And almost nobody asks for them, because you have to remember just as the patient is walking out the door and because asking in person is awkward.
ClaudIA asks on its own, a few hours after the session, how the CARE went. With a score of four or five, it says thank you and invites them to leave a review with the link to your Google profile, the one you've put in the dashboard. If no link is set up, it just says thank you: it doesn't make one up.
It asks about the manner and how they were looked after, never about the result of the treatment. This is a reputation feature for the clinic, not a clinical questionnaire.
And in moderation: you choose from which visit it asks, the request is never repeated to the same person within thirty days, and anyone who doesn't want to be asked is marked on their record and stops receiving it. If a session ends at night, the question waits until the next morning.
How it works
- It's switched on in Dashboard → Reviews, with the link to your Google profile.
- You choose how many hours after the session it asks and from which visit.
- With a score of 4 or 5, ClaudIA says thank you and offers the review link.
- Never two requests to the same person within thirty days, and whoever asks not to be asked never gets it again.
