Almost every decision at a small clinic is made on a hunch: Tuesdays seem quiet, people seem to ask for one thing more than another. Sometimes the hunch is right and sometimes it isn't, and there's no way of knowing.
The reports tell you with the data already in there, in three tabs with the same period and a comparison with the previous one. Calendar: which treatments are booked, which physiotherapist sees the most patients and which days and times fill up. Patients: how many are new, where each one comes from and who comes back. Income: what was taken by treatment, by physiotherapist and by payment method.
There's no spreadsheet to build: you open it and it's there. And when your accountant or a partner asks, it downloads to Excel, with one sheet per table, or to PDF.
How it works
- They're worked out from the sessions, packs and payments you've already recorded.
- You choose the period and compare it with the previous one; you can filter by physiotherapist and by treatment.
- They download to Excel or PDF.
- None of this requires noting anything separately: it comes from what you already do.
