Answer every patient in their own language

In tourist areas, bilingual regions or places with many foreign residents, some patients write in another language. If the clinic only answers in one, that person goes to someone who understands them.

ClaudIA detects the language of each message and answers in it, and if the patient switches language mid-conversation, it follows. Treatment names and the clinic's details stay exactly as you wrote them.

If a patient always uses the same language, it can be set on their record so ClaudIA writes to them in it directly.

How it works

  1. A first message too short to tell the language is answered in the language of the clinic's country until it's clear.
  2. As soon as the language is clear, ClaudIA answers in it.
  3. If the patient switches language, ClaudIA switches with them.
  4. The preferred language can be set on the patient's record.
A resident who writes in English
A British patient writes in English to move this week's session. ClaudIA answers in English, offers two times with their physiotherapist and changes the session. The team sees the conversation in the dashboard, and the calendar stays just as clear for everyone.
