Your calendar and your Google Calendar, in sync

Many clinics have half their life in Google Calendar and don't want to switch tools to get started. There's no need.

Every session that comes in through WhatsApp, the phone or the booking page is also created in the connected calendar. And whatever you note there by hand —a meeting, a home visit, a training morning— ClaudIA sees as busy time and stops offering those hours.

What comes from Google enters the dashboard marked as pending: you add the treatment and the professional, and it becomes a normal session, with its patient record. That step matters, because a time left halfway doesn't count for the history, the pack or the reports.

How it works

  1. The Google account is connected from the dashboard, with one click.
  2. Every new session is also created in the connected calendar; if the physiotherapist has their own linked in Team, in theirs.
  3. What's already in Google is respected: those hours stop being offered within 10 minutes at most.
  4. What comes in through a physiotherapist's calendar goes straight to their column in the calendar.
  5. When you start, the sessions for the next 12 months already in Google are brought in at once.
  6. Events coming from Google are confirmed in the dashboard and stay with their patient.
Friday's training course
A physiotherapist notes a training course in their Google Calendar on Friday from nine to two. There's no need to block it twice: ClaudIA stops offering that morning, and whoever writes asking for Friday is offered the afternoon times.
