A last-minute cancellation leaves half an hour empty that nobody is going to fill, because with a full calendar nobody rings round everyone who was waiting.
ClaudIA does. Whoever asked for an appointment and couldn't find a time stays on the list, and when something that suits them frees up, it offers it to them.
It's offered to one person at a time, with a deadline. If they don't answer, it moves on to the next: the same time is never promised to two people.
How it works
- Whoever can't find a time is added in the conversation, with no forms.
- When a time frees up, ClaudIA looks for who it genuinely suits (treatment, professional and time).
- It's offered to one person, with a deadline to reply.
- If they accept, the session is created. If they don't reply, it's offered to the next person.
A cancellation at nine
A patient cancels the eleven o'clock session. ClaudIA looks at who was waiting for a morning time with that physiotherapist, offers it to the first person and gives them a deadline. By ten, that time is taken again.
