Session packs are the usual way to charge in physiotherapy, and also the one that causes the most arguments at the front desk: how many were left, whether this one counted, whether it had expired. Almost always because the count lived in a spreadsheet or in someone's memory.
ClaudIA keeps the count on its own. Every session that's closed is deducted from the pack, and the patient's record shows at all times how many are left and until when.
And it gives notice before a pack expires with sessions still in it. That's money the patient has already paid: losing it is the worst possible ending, for them and for the clinic.
How it works
- The pack is defined once: how many sessions it includes and when it expires.
- When a session is closed, it's deducted automatically. If it's undone, it comes back.
- The patient's record and the calendar show how many they have left.
- If the pack is about to expire with sessions unused, ClaudIA writes to them ONCE to offer an appointment. Never twice.
Two left and it expires on the 30th
A ten-session pack is down to two by the middle of the month. ClaudIA writes once: it tells them how many are left, until when, and asks which day suits them. It doesn't insist or write again.
