A physiotherapy clinic's phone always rings at the worst moment: in the middle of a session, with the patient on the table. Answering means interrupting the session; not answering means losing the caller.
ClaudIA takes the call, talks naturally, checks the real calendar and books the session. The caller doesn't have to leave a message or try again later.
The same rules as in writing: it takes the reason and doesn't assess it. And if the caller describes something a physiotherapist shouldn't see before a doctor, it doesn't book them in: it tells them to see their GP.
Phone answering is available today for clinics in Spain.
How it works
- Calls are forwarded to ClaudIA's number, or patients are given that number directly.
- ClaudIA checks the calendar while it talks: it offers times that exist, not estimates.
- The session is created when the call ends, with the caller's name and phone number.
- The call transcript stays in the dashboard, in case it needs going over.
Hands busy
The phone rings mid-morning, in the middle of a session. Nobody can get it. ClaudIA answers, hears that the caller wants a first assessment, offers Thursday at five and books it. The physiotherapist finds out at the end of the session, with the appointment already in the calendar.
