A clinic with three physiotherapists and two treatment rooms doesn't have one calendar: it has three, and they fit together. A professional's free time is no use if the room is taken, and a thirty-minute session doesn't fit where only twenty are left.
ClaudIA only offers what can genuinely be given: it looks at who's working that day, which treatments each one does, how long each session lasts and what's still free. It never suggests a time that would later have to be undone.
When someone asks for a particular professional, it looks for a time with them. When they don't mind, it offers the first available.
How it works
- Each physiotherapist has their hours, days off and the treatments they do.
- Each treatment has its duration, and the calendar respects it when searching.
- Absences and closing days are marked once and ClaudIA stops offering those times.
- What's booked by WhatsApp, by phone or by hand lives in the same calendar.
Two requests at once
Two patients ask for Thursday afternoon. The first gets five o'clock with Carlos; the second, who also wants Carlos, is offered six by ClaudIA, because five is no longer free. Nobody has to call afterwards to undo anything.
