Some patients don't write: they call. And at a clinic with the whole team in the treatment rooms, that call is lost without a trace — no notice, no number, nothing.
What it does on a call
It answers with a natural voice, gives information on treatments and how long they last, checks the REAL free slots —not a memorised list— and creates the session during the call itself. If the caller is already a patient, it knows how many sessions they have left on their pack and says so.
When they hang up, the call stays in your dashboard with a summary and the transcript. That's what lets you check what was said without relying on anyone's memory.
What it leaves to the team
The same as in writing: clinical matters stay with the team. If the caller describes something that can't wait, it alerts your team straight away with what they said, in their own words, without assessing or recommending anything.
Forwarding, without changing number
There's no new line to set up and nobody to notify. The calls your team doesn't answer are forwarded to the assistant's number, and there are two ways: all of them, or only when the line is busy or nobody answers. The second is the one we recommend: your team keeps answering when they can, and the assistant only steps in when they can't.
Forwarding is switched on from the phone itself with a code from your carrier, and switched off just as easily.
How it sounds
With a natural voice, introducing itself as a digital assistant from the start, as the law requires. What people really value is that at nine at night someone gives them a specific slot instead of a voicemail.
Today the voice service runs in Spain, with a Spanish number; in every other country the clinic is covered on WhatsApp and Instagram from day one.
Questions clinics ask
Which countries does voice work in? In Spain, with a Spanish number: that way forwarding is a national call for the clinic.
Can I listen to the calls? You have the summary and transcript of each one in the dashboard.
And if the patient would rather speak to someone? They can ask, and it's recorded so your team can call them back.
