How much AI gives back to your physiotherapy clinic

Updated 2026-10-19 · 2 min read

Saying that artificial intelligence saves time no longer convinces anyone. What helps you decide is something else: how many sessions the assistant booked at your clinic last week, how many came in while the clinic was closed and how many hours of reception work it gave back to the team.

Every morning: what it did yesterday

The morning summary arrives on the clinic's notifications WhatsApp without asking for it. As well as the day's calendar, it tells you what ClaudIA did the day before: the sessions it booked, what they're worth and how many came in outside the clinic's opening hours, when nobody could have answered.

In physiotherapy that figure matters: the patient who gets injured on Saturday writes on Saturday. If nobody answers until Monday, they've often already booked somewhere else.

In Reports: the time it has given back

Reports brings together the sessions ClaudIA booked and their value, compared with the previous period, and the time saved: the conversations the assistant handled on its own, without passing them to the team, multiplied by the minutes each one takes your reception. You set those minutes.

With 300 conversations resolved a month at five minutes each, that's 25 hours of reception work: more than three working days the team spends treating patients instead.

Campaigns measured by the sessions they bring in

In each campaign's detail you see the messages that went out, who replied and the sessions booked by those who received it in the following 14 days, not counting cancellations. The campaign can carry an image that arrives in the same WhatsApp with the text underneath, and it never reaches anyone who asked not to receive communications.

On Thursdays, a proposal ready to go

With orders by WhatsApp switched on, every Thursday ClaudIA writes to the person in charge with the days of the following week that have the most free hours and a message prepared for the patients who are drifting away from their session rhythm. It only goes out if you reply «yes» before 21:00.

Questions clinics ask

How do I know how many sessions the assistant books out of hours? The morning summary shows the sessions ClaudIA booked the day before and how many were outside the clinic's opening hours that day.

How is the time saved calculated? Conversations the assistant handled on its own, without passing them to the team, multiplied by the minutes each one takes your reception. You set the minutes.

Can I find out how many sessions a campaign brought me? Yes. Each campaign's detail shows the sessions booked by those who received it in the following 14 days, not counting cancellations.
