For many patients, the first contact with the clinic is its Google listing: the address, the reviews, the opening hours. If they can book from there, half the work is done; if they can only call, and nobody answers, the search goes on.
The booking link on the business profile
Google's business profile lets you add an appointments link: a web address where the patient books. It's set up from the profile itself, in the appointments or bookings section, and appears alongside the rest of the clinic's details.
What matters is where that link leads: to a page where people really book, with the real calendar, and not to a form someone has to read and answer the next day.
What the booking page needs
The clinic's treatments with their duration, each physiotherapist's real free slots, and an instant confirmation. If the clinic runs group classes, only the classes that exist, with the places left.
And it must be connected to the same calendar as the phone and WhatsApp, so two sessions are never booked at the same time.
How ClaudIA does it
ClaudIA includes an online booking page for each clinic, connected to the real calendar: the patient chooses treatment, physiotherapist and time, and the session is created instantly. That's the link you put on the Google business profile, on the clinic's website or on Instagram.
Bookings that come in that way get their reminder like any other, and appear in the dashboard with their source, so you know where patients are coming from.
Questions clinics ask
Can I add a booking link to my Google profile? Yes. Google's business profile accepts an appointments link. You add the address of the clinic's booking page.
Can online booking clash with what's booked over WhatsApp? No. ClaudIA's booking page uses the same calendar as WhatsApp and the phone, so it only offers genuinely free slots.
Can group classes be booked online? Yes. The page only offers the classes that exist in the timetable, with the places left.
