Every demo looks good. These ten questions are the ones that bring out the difference, and they work for any provider, us included.
About the calendar
| Question | What you're looking for |
|---|---|
| How does it avoid overlapping sessions? | Whether it checks the real calendar or improvises |
| Can a treatment take a different time depending on the case? | Whether the duration is data or an assumption |
| Does it book the room as well as the professional? | Whether it understands that two people don't fit in the same room |
| Does it sync with my calendar both ways? | Whether what you block stops being offered |
About the channel
The most important of all: how does it connect to my WhatsApp? If it's through Meta's official API, there's a 24-hour window and outside it you can't write to a patient except with approved templates — which is what ruins half of all reminders. If it's through the session of the clinic's own WhatsApp, with a QR code, there's no window.
And the second: do I have to change number? The right answer is no.
About limits
What does it do if a patient describes a complaint? The right answer is that it notes it and takes it to the team, not that it assesses it. And if someone insists on being told whether it's serious? That it doesn't give in.
What happens when someone on my team replies? The assistant has to go quiet in that conversation and not come back on its own.
About money and leaving
Is there a charge per conversation or per message? Is there a minimum term? Can I export my data if I leave? All three are answered in ten seconds or they aren't answered.
Questions clinics ask
Which question do most people forget? How they connect to WhatsApp. It decides whether your reminders will work outside the 24-hour window, and almost nobody asks it.
And the one that separates providers the most? What it does when someone describes a health complaint. That's where you see whether the product understands where a healthcare centre's line is.
Do these questions work for ClaudIA? Yes, and we encourage you to ask us them. They're written here precisely for that.
