It's the most reasonable objection of all: «I already have a program, I'm not going to change it». And you don't need to.
What each one does
| Your clinical software | ClaudIA | |
|---|---|---|
| Clinical history | Yes, and it stays there | No, and it doesn't ask for it |
| Assessments and progress reports | Yes | No |
| Handling WhatsApp and the phone | No | Yes |
| Calendar per professional and room | Usually yes | Yes |
| Session packs | Sometimes | Yes, with notices |
| Reminders asking for confirmation | Sometimes, without confirmation | Yes |
| Management reports | Basic | Yes |
The calendar, which is where they overlap
Having two live calendars is the quickest way to overlap sessions. There are two ways out: keep the calendar in ClaudIA and use the clinical software only for clinical matters, or sync both ways through Google Calendar if your software allows it.
What doesn't work is keeping both by hand and trusting someone to check them.
Starting without migrating
Patients are imported from a CSV file in ten minutes, and that's all you need to get started. If in three months you decide to bring everything inside, you do; and if you decide the opposite, you leave with your data.
Either way, the clinical history never moves: it stays in the software where your team already keeps it.
Questions clinics ask
How does it connect to my software? Through Google Calendar, both ways: what ClaudIA books appears in your calendar and what you block there is respected. And the patient list comes in from a CSV file in ten minutes, whatever program it comes from.
Can I keep the calendar in my program and use only WhatsApp? You can, but then the assistant can't see the real free slots and can't book. That's half the product.
And billing? ClaudIA handles payments, the till and reports. If your accountant works with another tool, it's exported.
